Banana Bread Choc Chip Cookies 

Ingredients

1 banana

1/2 cup unsalted butter

50g sourdough discard

1 egg

150g brown sugar

1tsp baking soda

1tsp salt

1tsp cinnamon

1/2 cup choc chips

350g flour

Method

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees C

In a bowl mash the banana then add in melted butter, brown sugar and mix together

In the same bowl add the egg, sourdough starter and combine

Then add the rest of the dry ingredients (cinnamon, baking soda, salt, flour) and mix to a soft cookie dough

Once the dough has formed, mix through the choc chips

Roll into balls, this recipe makes 10-14 cookies depending on their size

Cook until golden brown for 10-12 minutes at 180 degrees C
