Protein Pizza Bases

  • Ingredients

    500g Cottage Cheese

    350g Flour

  • Method

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

    Combine cottage cheese & flour in bowl, once combined knead for five minutes.

    Divide dough into four (regular sized pizzas) or eight (mini pizzas).

    Roll out until desired base thickness.

    Top with your favourite ingredients and cook for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
